DEEP

Decentralize Energy Exchange Platform

The DEEP project is designed to use blockchain technology to connect local residents (with solar panels), energy suppliers and smart-meters on grid, providing a real-time, transparent and equal, intuitive exchange platform for all participants on the platform.
As a designer in this project, I was responsible for the entire design process, from user story to defining the problem, from wire-framing to visualization, communicating with all stakeholders, and the final prototype and user tests.

Design Phase 1 - Overview

Design goal

1.Users (local residents) can view the real-time consumption, production and financial details from the dashboard. Incentivize residents to produce and comsume green energy
2. Energy retailers can have an overview of all the statistics and data analytics in real-time from the admin dashboard.
